A leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team. The company delivers flagship residential groundworks and civil engineering projects across the Midlands, partnering with some of the UK's most prominent housebuilders.

The Role
* Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for residential groundworks and civils projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information
* Produce bills of quantities, cost plans, and value engineering options
* Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator within groundworks or civil engineering
* Strong understanding of residential infrastructure projects (roads, sewers, foundations, plotwork's)
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
* Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
* Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing company
