Talent Acquisition Specialist / City of London / Permanent
Overview:
My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment campaigns and manage end-to-end hiring processes
* Support onboarding and coach managers on recruitment best practices
* Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law
* Produce regular HR reports and support compensation benchmarking
* Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement
* Handle visa applications and manage external recruitment relationships
* Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven HR recruitment experience with a strategic mindset
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive and resourceful self-starter
* International HR experience is desirable but not essential
* Proficiency in a second language is desirable but not essential
