The Role
They are currently hiring a Marketing Programs Lead to serve as the strategic connector across their marketing organisation — driving program execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is key in ensuring smooth campaign delivery, effective budget management, and impactful cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the marketing planning rhythm including OKRs, retrospectives, and campaign cadences
* Coordinate large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes
* Partner with the CMO on strategic initiatives and marketing budget management
* Build scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows to enable team autonomy
* Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps on reporting, analytics, and attribution
* Utilise AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, and communication
* Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years in marketing programs, operations, or enablement within a high-growth B2B environment
* Proven experience managing cross-functional programs at scale
* Financial acumen and experience in budget tracking and ROI analysis
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Airtable, Looker, Salesforce, or similar tools
* Bonus: Experience integrating AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency
