A respected housing association based in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Interim Asset Manager to join the team and provide strategic and operational leadership across its asset management function. This is a key role, helping shape investment decisions, improve stock performance, and ensure compliance across the property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy. Oversee stock condition surveys, data validation, and ensure accurate asset data is maintained. Drive investment planning and advise on property performance and sustainability. Support delivery of compliance programs (e.g. gas, electrical, fire safety). Engage with internal stakeholders and external contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions. Provide technical support to planned and cyclical maintenance programmes. About You: Proven experience in a similar asset management or property leadership role within social housing. Strong understanding of asset data, investment planning, and regulatory compliance. Ability to hit the ground running and make immediate impact in a dynamic environment. Confident communicator, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Relevant technical or property-related qualification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent desirable).
