The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for improving and influencing social care practice across the Directorate by undertaking a variety of quality assurance activities including undertaking and coaching others to undertake audits, dip sampling, and providing forums for joint learning tosupport a continued understanding ofwhat good looks like.
