The Playhouse Board is currently in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Board of Trustees. The individual in this role will serve in an advisory and stewardship capacity, providing guidance on best practices in digital marketing. This appointment comes at a pivotal time for The Playhouse, following the recent onboarding of a Digital Marketing Officer to work in conjunction with the Communications Director.
The successful candidate will bring to the role a passion for the arts and digital storytelling, a comprehensive understanding of effective digital marketing strategies, website optimisation, analytics, and email marketing. Experience in measurement and reporting, benchmarking, and potentially digital distribution of plays on the international theatre scene is also desirable, in alignment with The Playhouse’s international touring ambitions.
This voluntary role requires a team player who is generous with their time and ideas, a creative thinker, and someone eager to nurture creativity in others. The individual will possess a curiosity to explore new digital trends and offer their expertise, ideas, and energy to contribute to the ongoing success and innovation at The Playhouse, benefiting its staff, artists, and audiences.
