We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client's growing team and deliver exceptional payroll services to a diverse customer base.
What You'll Do
\t
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
\t
* Handle statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) with confidence.
\t
* Coordinate salary disbursements and maintain accurate payroll records.
\t
* Act as a trusted point of contact for tax authorities and external providers.
\t
* Apply knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment regulations.
\t
* Provide outstanding client support and resolve payroll queries promptly.
\t
* Stay current with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
\t
* Minimum 2 years' payroll experience.
\t
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation and manual calculations.
\t
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\t
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\t
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
Desirable:
\t
* Payroll bureau experience.
\t
* Familiarity with PayCircle or Cintra software.
\t
* Professional payroll qualification (e. CIPP).
