Compensation: £30,118 – £33,738 per year

Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive as a team.

* Be a role model for outstanding care and education, inspiring your team to bring their best every day.
* Champion continuous improvement, keeping practice fresh, creative, and outstandingly outstanding.
* Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
* Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
* Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
* Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
* For Baby Room Managers, experience working with children under 2.
* Experience in leading and coaching a team.
* A background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
* Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update that training regularly.
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
* A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
* Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude.
* A solid decision‑maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals).
