The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will drive Jukebox Collective’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity and storytelling across all platforms. This role covers marketing campaigns, PR, content creation, social media, and events promotion, supporting the growth of our community classes, academy programme, and cultural/agency projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to diverse audiences across digital, print, and live channels.
* Manage content creation and social media, growing audiences and engagement through innovative campaigns.
* Develop and maintain relationships with press, influencers, and partners, securing media opportunities.
* Support with brand consistency across all communications, marketing assets, and events.
* Produce reports on marketing performance, engagement, and ROI.
* Collaborate with creative teams and project leads to amplify campaigns and events.
About You
* 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or PR.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
* Creative thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, SEO, and social campaigns.
* Passion for youth culture, creative industries, and community engagement.
Desirable: Experience in arts/cultural organisations, networks across media, and an interest in performance, music, and youth culture.
3 days per week
Fees dependent on experience
Initial 3 month contract with potential to extend
