Description About the Role As the Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations within the home. Working closely with the Facility Manager and a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care that meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams Assist with clinical governance, care planning, assessments, and audits Monitor residents’ health outcomes and ensure appropriate interventions are in place Oversee medication management and infection control practices Support staff education and clinical skill development Collaborate with the Care Manager and General Manager to ensure high standards of care Foster a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care What We’re Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years’ experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor, support and guide clinical and care staff Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
