Note: This role is based 3 days at our Shirebrook HQ, 1 day in our London office, and 1 day remote.
The Senior Digital Trading Manager will oversee digital sales for the Luxury Business, report to the Head of Digital Trading, and manage the Luxury trading team. Responsibilities include developing trading strategies, managing performance reviews, data analysis, campaign planning, stakeholder management, and site optimization.
* Ensure digital sales success, forecast revenue/profit, and analyze metrics like AOV.
* Develop and implement digital trading strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
* Conduct performance reviews and incorporate market insights to optimize performance.
* Utilize data analytics to support growth initiatives.
* Lead campaign planning and execution across websites and digital channels.
* Coordinate with marketing teams for aligned product and trading strategies.
* Represent digital trading in cross-functional projects.
* Optimize site navigation, customer journey, and product placement for better conversion.
* Collaborate with UX and product teams on development priorities.
People Management:
Demonstrate leadership, set objectives, build motivated teams, and represent the digital trading function across the business.
Requirements:
* Valid UK work rights.
* Strong analytics and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Excel).
* Experience with e-commerce platforms.
* Proven track record in sales growth and strategic projects.
* Experience in team management and development.
* Minimum 5 years in a similar digital retail role.
