You will already be working in the online trading field, based in either the gaming or financial services sectors. Having a keen eye for talent, you will be able to recognize potential team members that will help you succeed and expand the business. The main focus will be to develop the business by executing and analyzing campaign performance.
Role overview
This role will work solely within the Japanese market, with potential expansion into South Korea in the future. Success in this position is crucial to the success of this new division and will require taking on significant responsibilities early on, with the need to hit the ground running.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Develop marketing strategies and introduce innovative ideas to increase outreach within the Japanese market.
2. Execute digital marketing campaigns.
3. Analyze and optimize campaign performance.
4. Be familiar with Japanese affiliate networks and have the capability to close and manage deals.
Skills Required:
1. At least 3 years of solid experience in the financial services or gambling industries.
2. Experience in campaign analysis and developing marketing strategies is preferred.
3. Highly motivated and creative in developing new ideas to engage and support clients.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing partnerships.
6. Excellent workload management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work autonomously and lay the foundations for a new team’s growth.
