The Role As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will: Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing commercial clients Build strong, consultative relationships through regular face-to-face meetings Understand client business needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations Assess risks, negotiate policies, and deliver confident product guidance Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to maintain excellent service standards Work towards agreed business targets while upholding a customer-first approach This is a fully on-site role, involving frequent local client visits and active engagement with the community.
