Registered Manager, Adults Autism & Learning Disabilities

About the role:
* We are seeking a Registered Manager to join an established organisation who provide specialist support to adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
* As the RM you will be responsible for the service delivery of a 6 bedded residential home, setting up the service in line with CQC standards, leading and managing a team of support staff including Seniors and Support Workers.
* You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, developing staff, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Your knowledge around safeguarding, compliance, business development, transitioning people into services and effective performance management will be key.
* Liaising with and communicating with all stakeholders, other partners, families and colleagues
* Ensuring all rotas and risk assessments and support plans are up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification in social care.
* Proven experience in adult social care, particularly within learning disabilities and autism services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrable experience in care management, including service development and quality assurance.
* Understanding of adult services, with specific awareness of learning disabilities and autism and transitioning new services.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and implement strategic improvements.
