Site Administrator – Grid Stability Project
Location: Coleraine, Ireland
Salary: £26,000 per annum, DOE
Contract: Full-time, Contract – This is likely to run until Mid-2027
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm)

We are now looking for a Site Administrator to support our Grid Stability Project based in Coleraine. This is a key administrative role, embedded on-site to keep operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As Site Administrator, you will provide efficient and reliable admin support to the project team, working closely with operational managers and engineers to ensure documentation and logistics are managed to the highest standard.
This role will see you at the centre of a busy project office, handling everything from document control and delivery coordination to internal communications and supply orders.
As our Site Administrator you will be specifically responsible for:
* Uploading and downloading project information across client and company portals
* Liaising with multiple departments to maintain up-to-date site documentation
* Receiving deliveries and accurately update internal systems
* Organising site supplies and services (stationery, refreshments, cleaning, etc.)
* Scanning, filing and maintaining records for easy access and auditing
* Assisting with preparing reports and meeting minutes for project managers
* Providing general administrative support as required by the project team
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or site-based role (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a large volume of documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT systems
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
* A strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
