Supply Chain Analyst
Certain Advantage are hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst based in Birmingham.
This role is on an initial 6-month contract.
We’re working with an organisation that supports global supply chain networks for vehicle production in the UK and overseas. This role supports new vehicle programme launches by ensuring the timely supply of parts for pre-production builds.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply of component parts for UK and overseas pre-production builds.
Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, raise orders, and support release/follow-up activities.
Coordinate outbound shipments with customers and logistics partner Syncreon.
Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Import/Export Ops, Account Management, Finance) and external stakeholders (programme teams, plants, 3PLs) to deliver on time and in full.
Track orders, provide updates, and create performance metrics.
Support additional tasks as required by the line manager.
The individual
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong numerical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work at pace with high attention to detail.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, SAP, or project management.
Continuous improvement mindset and commercial awareness.
Resilient, results-driven team player who performs well under pressure.
