Were looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, visual flair, and strategic thinking to our digital presence. Youll be responsible for creating high-quality content and marketing assets that reflect PropRecs professional yet dynamic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce engaging visual content for social media (posts, reels, and stories).
2. Create branded marketing materials such as PDFs, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
3. Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
4. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
5. Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
6. Collaborate with leadership to ensure all content aligns with company goals and tone of voice.
7. Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
8. Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
9. Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
10. Excellent written English and attention to detail.
11. Understanding of engagement strategies and social media algorithms.
12. Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
