You will be supporting the reshaping the structure for efficiencies, i.e. the consultation process. We’re looking for a skilled HR professional to play a pivotal role in a large‑scale organisational change and redundancy programme – great experience to add to your CV. This role is central to ensuring fair, transparent and well‑managed change processes—working closely and supporting HRBPs dealing with restructure / redundancy consultations and processes etc. We’re looking for a confident HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact. The Right Person:This requires an experienced HR professional who has supported redundancy programmes before. You will need to be: Confident working with a range of stakeholders. Practical, organised, and able to work at pace. Strong HR advisory experience. Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. A confident communicator. Preferably CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
