As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our residents in expressing their individual interests. You will assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organizing, and delivering person-centred activities that promote residents' wishes and interests.
You will create a stimulating environment that encourages lifestyle choices, happiness, development, and fun, while actively participating in team engagement in line with our TLC values.
We are seeking an outgoing individual who strives to make a positive difference daily and supports a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with team members, residents, and their families.
You will also support the Leadership Team in our journey to achieve outstanding care standards.

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role supporting and organizing activity programmes
* Excellent organization, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Background in occupational therapy is advantageous
* Professional appearance and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
