Konnect are looking for an assistant site manager to join a reputable PLC residential developer for a site in Newbury. You will be working alongside the lead site manager on site. Responsibilities include: * Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination * Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work * Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times * Supporting the management of build programs and schedules * Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control * Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team About You: We’re looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop. Requirements: * Previous experience working on residential housing site. * Understanding of NHBC standards and site safety requirements * Excellent communication and organisational skills * A proactive attitude and willingness to progress within the company * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable If you are interested please send a CV to Lucy using the contact information provided
