Job Description: KAM Partner Location: Erith Role: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £27,500 per year Department: KAM Sales Office Reports to: Head of Customer Operations / KAM SO Team Leader About the Role We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to provide dedicated support to our key account customers. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships in partnership with our key account managers, and ensuring seamless communication across all touch points. The ideal candidate will support our national key account customers, deliver timely and accurate service updates, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This position plays a vital role in providing a seamless service and experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our key account customers. Key Responsibilities • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with large customers in partnership with external Key Account Managers to ensure a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and long-term collaboration. • Product Sourcing – Work closely with the purchasing team to source products efficiently, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. • Data Management – Maintain accurate customer data, coordinate new partnership agreements, and manage contracts including rebates, terms, and payment arrangements. • After sale & complaint handling – Manage post-sale support including invoice-related queries, issuing copy invoices, and ensuring seamless processing and uploads across various e-procurement platforms to support timely payments. • Tenders / Quotations – Processing of tenders, decode articles, create and unify tender documentation, and manage pricing requests for information and references. • Sales Support – Provide operational and administrative support across multiple customer contact points within the business, particularly for key account customers, and produce additional materials that contribute to sales growth and customer engagement.
