We are recruiting a 0.1FTE 37 hours per week Recovery Coach to join our HWYNI Team in Bristol to support in providing low level tier 2 support for people across Bristol. Help When You Need It aims to provide people with flexible, tailored support at the right time and place. The Bristol based service will also link in with other agencies to overcome the barriers than limit people from achieving their goals. Work in a team of Recovery Coaches in the delivery of specified Goal Based Outcomes for clients and individualised case management to time and standard. Ensuring safe service delivery, safeguarding service users, cares and families. Positive outcomes for service users are achieved through effective time managed support Full implementation of policies and procedures. Contribution to the development of the service. Collaboration and contribution to the effectiveness of the team.
