Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. They will be responsible for executing activities supporting Shanghai Me London, requiring organization, flexibility, and creativity. The role reports directly to the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager. Knowledge and interest in the F&B, brand, and marketing industries are essential, with a willingness to learn more.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Proposing a localized marketing calendar to the Global Brand Marketing Manager.
3. Supporting the execution of restaurant activations.
4. Managing private dining events, including resource coordination and seamless communication.
5. Developing and proposing a social media calendar with a local approach.
6. Overseeing digital campaigns to increase awareness and build brand loyalty.
7. Collaborating with brand and operations teams to meet business needs.
8. Developing brand collateral and maintaining consistent tone of voice across platforms.
9. Responding to guest messages across platforms.
10. Managing relationships with graphic designers, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
11. Maintaining records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
12. Ensuring brand standards are met in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
13. Coordinating photoshoots and videoshoots.
14. Preparing monthly BRM reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within the F&B industry.
* Proficiency in the language of the environment.
* Hospitality/F&B background and understanding of London's F&B scene.
* Awareness of current cultural and social trends, especially in dining.
* Ability to work autonomously and with the operations team.
* Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and creativity.
* Experience with content creation, digital marketing, events, budgeting, and agency management.
* Educational background in marketing is preferred.
* Excellent social media skills, content creation, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
