Are you a communications specialist who knows how to turn strategy into powerful, commercially effective activation, especially in-store?
A leading FMCG brand is looking for a Communications & Campaign Manager to own how their brand shows up across consumer, shopper, digital, and internal channels. This is a rare chance to join a values‑led, collaborative, innovative marketing team with huge ambition and a brand that is investing heavily in growth, wellbeing, purpose and category leadership.
This role is perfect for someone hands‑on, delivery‑focused and excited by the blend of brand storytelling, digital momentum, and best-in‑class shopper activation.
You will lead the day-to-day execution of the brand strategy across all key touchpoints, ensuring campaigns and activations land with impact, consistency, and commercial clarity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver high‑quality in‑store and online activations, working closely with brand and commercial teams. Own retailer plans, digital shelf assets, taxonomy, and post‑campaign evaluation.
Brand Campaigns:
* Support the development and full execution of integrated ATL & BTL campaigns across TV, digital, social and experiential. Manage timelines, budgets and agency partners.
Always‑On Digital & Social:
* Lead the brand’s social and digital presence with insight‑driven content plans, creator partnerships, and performance‑led optimisation.
Internal & External Communications:
* Champion brand communication across the business — driving consistency, digital excellence, and engagement through briefings, updates and cross‑functional collaboration.
Leadership:
* Line‑manage a Brand Manager, supporting development, coaching and high‑performance ways of working.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in delivering integrated communications and shopper activation within FMCG or retail.
* Naturally confident with digital and social media, including content creation, analytics and always‑on management.
* Highly organised, resilient and calm under pressure, able to run multiple projects at pace.
* Insight‑led and commercially minded, able to translate data into decisions.
* A strong relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative, values‑based culture.
* Passionate about creating bold, engaging, emotive brand moments that drive both fame and conversion.
