Job Description
Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham seeks compassionate Morning Care Professionals to help our clients start their day positively
As a Morning Care Professional, you'll provide personalised care and companionship during those important morning hours. Your role will include assisting with morning routines, preparing breakfast and light housekeeping, all while building meaningful relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare nutritious breakfasts according to client preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks (making beds, washing dishes, laundry)
Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
Assist clients with morning personal care routines (bathing, dressing)
Engage clients in stimulating activities (reading, music, puzzles)
Run errands as needed (grocery shopping, etc.)
We are seeking Care Professionals who have;
Caring and patient disposition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail in following care plans
Reliable transportation to client visits
No prior experience necessary - all training provided!

Additional Information:
This role is UK based and conditional to having the right to work in the UK
Must be 18 years or older
Full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred but not essential
