This is an exciting opportunity for someone who feels that they would like to progress within their own career path. You will be supporting the service manager in making decisions of the day to day running of the centre and taking on a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be central to achieving positive outcomes for clients and have operational responsibility for service delivery within specific areas of responsibility. You will ensure that programmes you co-ordinate contribute to the overall service by achieving both internal and contractual Key Performance Indicators and by working with the Service Manager and support staff, ensure they are high quality and cost effective. There are line management responsibilities for specified frontline workers. Additionally, you will ensure that the programmes maximise client input and emphasise choice and control in all areas of service delivery.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
1. Knowledge of the support needs which are commonly faced by people who are homeless and vulnerable and a passion for working with people
2. Ability to work with partnership agencies
3. Ability to work in a busy environment and be solution focused
