We are seeking to appoint someone who ideally has recent experience working in Key Stage One or Two; has high standards and expectations in every aspect of school life; and is committed to working as part of our school team. The successful candidate must have a positive approach to their practice, with a firm belief that all children can succeed. We want you to be able to prepare and adapt activities that engage and interest our pupils so that they enjoy accessing their learning. Excellent interpersonal skills and being able to work in partnership with all members of the school community is imperative in supporting us in maintaining our strong home-school links and positive school culture. You will need to work in partnership with the class teacher/s to create an inclusive, safe and welcoming classroom environment in which pupils feel secure, confident and motivated to learn.
