Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred basic knowledge of acrobat reader or illustrator but not essential. The Role: Email liaison with factories, supplier & buying office on packaging requirements/approvals. Gather documents and evidence to ensure all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of compliance documents, certificates, and reports, ensuring they are up to date. Help conduct simple reviews or risk assessments of new products in line with guidelines. Review & verify Bill of materials (BOM) of existing & new products. Coordinate with the sales team on compliance queries from customers. Work with relevant departments to ensure successful certification and adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
