We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to provide personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects such as Maths and English, supporting learners with a range of additional needs.

?? Hours: Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time
How Youll Make a Difference
* Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans aligned to individual needs
* Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
* Establish a structured, consistent, and supportive learning environment
* Deliver tuition within homes or suitable community settings
* Promote engagement, confidence, and sustained academic progress
What Were Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
* Ability to teach primary and/or secondary learners confidently
* Based in Brighton and Hove with local travel flexibility
* Patient, resilient, and adaptable professionals
* Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment
