About the role: Are you passionate about driving Health & Safety standards from good to great? We’re looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic direction across Logistics and Retail. Working closely with our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll help define and uphold compliance standards, embed best practices into daily operations, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and legal obligations. Analyse data and produce high-quality reports to identify risks and recommend improvements. Launch and support a refreshed Health & Safety communication strategy. Present insights and trend analysis to senior leadership. Guide stakeholders in setting meaningful Health & Safety targets.
