Data Administrator - Temporary (Ongoing) with Potential to Go Permanent
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: £12.36 - £12.63 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you highly organised, accurate, and take pride in delivering quality work? We have an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
The Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate data and supporting both internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for:
Processing customer data requests accurately and efficiently in line with agreed service levels
Validating data input and providing confirmation and evidence to customers
Cataloguing requests and maintaining accurate records for tracking and audit purposes
Producing standard data outputs when requested by customers
Validating pricing within customer stores to ensure systems reflect accurate pricing
Escalating any data-related issues to the Data Process Controllers or Head of DataAbout You
We're looking for someone who has:
Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine pride in their work
Strong ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Excellent administration skills and experience with database systems
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing tools
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal and customer service abilities
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
A strong background in working with computers and handling large volumes of data
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentWhy Join?
