Little Kickers are looking for a part-time Football Coach / Sports Coach to deliver our weekly pre-school (18mths - 3.5yrs) and junior (4 -7yrs) football classes.
Candidates must be 18years of age or over and be available to work on Sunday mornings on a regular basis.
Hours - Sunday mornings pm (Max 4 hours per day)
Location - Redditch, Worcestershire or Bromsgrove, Worcestshire
Salary - £ £16.00 per hour
Lead Football Coach - (£ £16.00 per hour /45minute session)
* Deliver fun and engaging group football classes to children up to 7yrs as per the Little Kickers program (full program training given)
* Supervision of the assistant coach or young workers at your session where appropriate and as requested by your employer.
* Monitoring and maintenance of a safe environment at all times during the session.
* If a nominated Kit Holder: Transportation, storage, and maintenance of all Little Kickers equipment necessary for the conduct of your allocated Little Kickers sessions
Minimum - 1 years experience required as a Sports/Football Coach working with children.
Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate;
* confidence and the right aptitude, energy and passion for coaching young children (under 8yrs)
* be able to communicate well with young children and their parents
* good physical fitness and stamina
* be DBS checked
* ability to work as part of a team
* be willing to complete online and physical training as part of the Little Kickers coach development program.
The initial position will be as a Lead Coach but coaches will have the opportunity to progress to a Head Coach or Venue Manager
