My client is looking to appoint a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing consultancy in the Reading area.
With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, this role offers a clear pathway to Associate Director level in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
8. Lead the delivery of Planning Energy and Sustainability Strategies
9. Carry out and oversee SAP, SBEM, water efficiency, and U-value calculations
10. Deliver Part O overheating and daylight/sunlight modelling using IES
11. Provide expert guidance on Approved Documents L, F, and E
12. Manage projects across all stages, from planning through to completion
13. Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and design teams
14. Support and mentor junior team members where required
15. Contribute to business growth, client relationships, and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
16. Proven experience in a Sustainability Consultant role within the built environment
17. Strong background in Part L, SAP, and SBEM assessments
18. Hands-on experience with IES modelling (including Part O)
19. Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
20. Ability to manage projects independently and communicate confidently with clients
21. A proactive, driven mindset with an interest in taking on more responsibility
