What You’ll Be Doing
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support they need to achieve their goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Over 18 years old and right to work in the UK.
* Minimum of 2 years experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours, including learning disabilities, autism and personality disorders.
* PVMA or CPI training advantageous – this can be provided.
* Flexibility in availability and ability to travel to different care settings.
* Good standard of English and effective communication skills.
* Clear enhanced DBS – you can apply for upon registration.
