The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Office, you will:
* Undertake property inspections, due diligence and market research
* Deliver RICS‑compliant valuation reports across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
* Provide high‑quality advisory services to clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Assist in business development activities and identify new opportunities
* Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver integrated services
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with RICS standards and best practice
About You:
* MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
* Strong experience within a valuation role in private practice
* Proven ability across commercial and/or residential valuations
* Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements
* Excellent report writing and analytical skills
* Demonstrable experience in client relationship management and business development
* Full UK driving licence
