Sales Leader– SaaS | Private Equity Backed
Our client, a high-growth SaaS company serving the construction sector, is backed by one of the UK’s most experienced growth investors. With a global footprint and ambitious ARR targets, they’re looking for a proven Sales Leader to drive enterprise growth.
As the Sales Leader, you’ll:
* Take ownership of the global sales strategy
* Build and lead a high-performing international team
* Target top-tier construction, infrastructure, and developer clients
* Work cross-functionally with marketing and leadership to drive pipeline and brand
* Bring structure, visibility, and accountability to the revenue function.
You may have held roles such as CRO, VP of Sales, Sales Director, or Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a SaaS business, with experience selling to the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Location: North West - (hybrid working available but expectation to be in the office 3/4 days) Package: Six-figure base + bonus + equity
