Due to periods of growth and expansion, a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for Graduate Consultants to join their team.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* Qualified to degree level (2:1 or above)
* A strong educational background in a STEM subject and excellent A Level results
* Professionally oriented, with customer-facing or client-facing skills
* An analytical approach to data
* Excellent interpersonal skills - able to explain technical solutions in a non-technical manner
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to identify requirements, conduct discovery sessions to understand their environment, business objectives, and compliance needs.
* Identify problems and establish creative solutions
* Analyse data sets for trends and provide guidance on data strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
