The Radiology Department at Tunbridge Wells Hospital has a vacancy for a Radiology Appointments and Waiting List Co-ordinator to join their busy and friendly team.
The Radiology service provides a wide range of services within various imaging modalities, including CT, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Procedures.
This post would be suitable for someone with a wealth of administration experience within a healthcare setting with an understanding of performance targets related to appointments and waiting times.
Main duties of the job
You should have excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines as part of a team. You should have a desire to expand beyond your current experiences with a willingness to meet new challenges. The department is working towards a 7-day service 8am to 8pm on rotation.
This role would be perfect for an individual who is determined, motivated and can bring a positive approach to a busy and demanding role.
