We are seeking an experienced and professional receptionist/dealership host to join our BRADFORD dealership, serving at one of two front reception desks.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week. Alternating weekly shifts from 8.00am to 5.00pm and 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Responsibilities
1. Answering telephone calls
2. Meeting and greeting customers
3. Performing light administrative duties
4. Hosting the showroom
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a smart appearance, and excellent telephone manners. You should be highly organized, computer literate, and experienced in customer-facing roles, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Previous customer service experience preferred
