Title: Vice President – Global Payroll & HCM

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to join a global organisation as VP, Global Payroll & HCM with a focus on operations. This is a key executive role, offering full ownership of delivery, commercial performance, and growth across these diverse markets.
This position will suit a commercially astute and operationally focused leader with a track record in large-scale payroll and human capital management environments. You will be responsible for driving profitability, enhancing client satisfaction, and building long-term strategy while overseeing a hybrid team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead regional delivery teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent service across global markets.
* Drive profitability through cost control, improved efficiency, and strong financial oversight.
* Collaborate with sales to support growth and client success.
* Oversee regional budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
* Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through continuous service improvements.
* Guide strategic planning and scale operations in line with market demand.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all operating regions.
* Foster a high-performance culture and support leadership development within your team.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in senior operations leadership with full P&L accountability.
* Deep knowledge of global payroll and HCM, particularly across EMEA; LATAM and APJ exposure is desirable.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Experience managing large international teams.
* Skilled in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and change management.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
