* UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
* Experience in inspection, assessment, and maintenance of Highway or Rail Structures
* Working knowledge and application of Eurocodes, British Standards and the DMRB codes
* Preparing construction documents such as Pre-Construction Information packs, Approval in Principles, Assessment reports, Design statements, specifications using the MCHW, cost estimates and risk assessments
* Awareness of responsibilities under the CDM Regulations
* HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline
* Full UK driving licence
* Drafting feasibility or detailed drawings using AutoCAD
* Experience working on CAT2 and above bridge design or assessment
* Experience in undertaking Grillage or Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modelling on analysis software
* Experience in contract and financial management
