Role Overview
Aspire People are proud to be offering a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a forward‑thinking secondary setting. This role includes intimate care support, working closely with students in Key Stages 3 & 4, and providing essential assistance to enable them to access the learning environment effectively.
Key Details
* Position Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week
* Contract Basis: Temporary with a view to convert to permanent placement (temp‑to‑perm)
* Start Date: Monday, 15 September 2025: Or as soon as possible
* Educational Stage: Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4
* Salary Range: £22,569 - £22,927 per annum (pro‑rata)
Essential Candidate Requirements
* Level 2/3 qualification
* Experience supporting children in a school setting, or children's residential setting – particularly in roles involving intimate care
* Familiarity with contributing to the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Care Plans
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with both students and staff
* A team‑oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to varied school environments

Safeguarding & Compliance
