Support the Group month-end process and timetable. Support the Group Management Reporting requirements (including weekly flash, monthly management accounts and KPI reporting etc…). Support the Group budgeting and forecasting process. Strong user of CargoWise (ERP system). Support the FP&A function on models. Support the operating divisions with operational finance support. Support Group expenses and company credit card processing. Ad-hoc reporting requirements depending on wider Group business needs. Ad-hoc support across the finance function. Providing purchase ledger – supporting the Finance Manager with standard administration tasks, including posting invoices to the system, matching invoices to accruals, dealing with queries, and assisting supplier statements to Accounts Payable Ledger. Various project work The training you will be getting AAT qualification at Level 3 The successful candidate will undertake a full review of their existing skills versus what is required in their new role. First Intuition will then advise on the best apprenticeship programme for them. This will be a structured AAT Apprenticeship programme at Level 3. A blend of classroom and online training will support the candidate to achieve a well-recognised accountancy qualification which will both help with their new role and potentially lead on to further study.
