As part of its Christmas program, Kew Retail has up to ten part-time fixed-term posts available, from one day per week up to five days per week (7hrs to 35hrs). Working at least one weekend day per week is required as part of this role.
Kew's 'Christmas at Kew' event runs from the 11th November 2025 to the 4th January 2026. The event is open until 10pm, so regular evening work up to 10.30pm will be required for the role.
Kew Gardens is only closed on Christmas day, so you should expect to work either Christmas eve up to 9.30pm, or Boxing day.
Candidates will have experience of working in a fast paced Retail or Customer facing environment and be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
They will be experienced in achieving targets and KPI's and working alongside colleagues and Managers to maximise the revenue generated for Kew.
Remote interviews will take place from 24th September onwards.
