Role Details:
Job Title: Maths Teacher

Contract: Full-time, Permanent or Long-Term
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
* Support learners with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies
* Contribute to a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working in an alternative provision or with challenging behaviour is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching
* A strong belief in the potential of every young person
