About the Role:
The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Reservations Manager to join its growing team. This group is expanding at a rate of knots, and this is a peak time to join.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise revenue opportunities and adapt reservation systems to ensure maximum covers across the brands.
2. Supervise reservation and reception teams, implementing policies and procedures under the guidance of Operations team and General Managers.
3. Provide support for pre-opening activities and restaurant launches.
4. Maintain a high level of guest service, handling incoming enquiries, monitoring guest feedback, and ensuring accurate reporting.
5. Lead and develop a small team of Res and Reception over 3 sites
Personal Skills and Qualities:
6. 3 years experience in reception & reservations.
7. Strong experience with Open Table and SevenRooms
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Previous team management experience.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Detail-oriented and adaptable.
13. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
