About The Role
Our Food and Beverage department plays a key role in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Here’s what a typical day might involve:
* Serving customers at tables and at till points.
* Preparing hot and cold beverages.
* Preparing hot food items and delivering them to customers’ tables.
* Managing stock rotation and replenishment.
* Ensuring cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
* Supporting stock deliveries.
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service.
* Upholding the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting business needs, which may include other activities.
* Working flexible shifts during the airport’s 24/7 operation, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
If you can answer yes to the following, you have the necessary skills; everything else we can teach you:
* Strong communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in customer service.
* Knowledge of Food Safety.
