Logical are working with a trusted name in groundworks, civils, and reinforced concrete (RC) frames, we are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Supervisor to join their growing team for an exciting project in Gloucestershire.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Day-to-day site supervision of workforce and subcontractors
🔹 Ensure all works are delivered to specification, within budget and programme
🔹 Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
🔹 Maintain H&S standards and ensure site compliance
🔹 Record keeping, toolbox talks, and daily reporting
🔹 Coordinate plant, materials, and labour efficiently
✅ Requirements
🔹Proven experience in a similar supervisory role (groundworks/RC frame experience essential)
🔹SMSTS or SSSTS certification
🔹CSCS card
🔹First Aid (preferred)
