Overview
Blairgowrie (Office Based)
20 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days)
£13.45 per hour

RYSE Digital is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, and we're looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support our operations and client services team.
As we continue to expand, we need someone who can help structure to the day-to-day task management in the business and help with client communication and updates. This is a key support role within the business and would suit someone who excels in organisation, task management and communication.

Responsibilities include:
Setting up and managing tasks in our CRM
Booking in work and monitoring deadlines
Following up internally to ensure tasks are completed
Supporting client onboarding (paperwork, system setup and coordination)
Assisting with monthly reporting
Attending client meetings or calls and tracking actions
Managing inbox communications
Arranging meetings and coordinating diaries
Sending invoices and chasing outstanding payments when required

What We're Looking For
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in an administrative role
Marketing experience preferred but not essential
Confident communicator (email and phone)
Comfortable using Microsoft and Google Suite
Strong general computer literacy
Proactive and able to take initiative
Professional and dependable
