Job Description
The Project Planner will be responsible for planning and monitoring project progress in a standardized and consistent manner across project teams.
We currently have 60 MW × 3 solar projects in Poland and one 42.4 MW solar project, and one 49.9 BESS project with additional solar, BESS, and wind projects in the pipeline across the UK and Europe.
You’ll work closely with PMO Director to develop project planning guidelines, procedures, and detailed schedules for ongoing and future projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Develop and maintain detailed plans for all project phases, progressively integrating contractor and service provider schedules into the overall project plans.
2. Ensure that all programmes comply with contractual and project requirements.
3. Monitor project schedules from consent through to handover, identifying key milestones and highlighting critical path activities.
4. Maintain risk registers for all projects within the portfolio.
5. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers—closely monitoring contractor schedules and reports. Identify and analyze potential delays, proposing corrective or mitigation actions.
